Our story
Founded in 2013 in Zagreb with a simple belief. That software built right can change how businesses grow, and Q has spent over a decade turning that conviction into results.
What started as a small team in Croatia grew at a pace few saw coming: by 2019, Deloitte ranked Q the #1 fastest-growing software agency in Europe. That momentum never stopped.

With a clear view of both the client’s world and the build itself, Vedran connects business needs with what great software can actually achieve and makes sure nothing gets lost along the way. Q’s unofficial endurance champion, he somehow juggles time zones, clients, and back-to-back calls with AirPods seemingly always in and a meeting probably already underway.

From developer and lead architect to head of engineering and now CEO, Hrvoje has worked through every layer of the technical stack. That depth is a big reason Q’s engineering culture is as strong as its business performance. He connects product vision with technical execution and keeps strategy grounded in what can actually be built well. Still the person in the room who reads the documentation, with strong opinions on architecture and a sharp eye for a good pull request.

As COO, Goran keeps the operational side of Q running smoothly, from financial oversight to internal processes, so delivery teams can stay focused on client work. His rigour with numbers helps keep projects financially sound, timelines realistic, and details from slipping through the cracks. Off the clock, he swaps spreadsheets for ski slopes, basketball, and a quietly disputed legacy as office pool champion.
