In this project, they were partners with one autohorised luxury car dealership company located in US.

Luxury car dealership team aimed to redefine the scope of the traditional auto dealership website by developing it into a platform where affluent automotive aficionados converge into one digital ecosystem for all their automotive needs.
In addition to hosting the traditional dealer website content, the site/app is comprised of 3rd party inventory, captivating content, and a thriving online community.
During the discovery phase, it was agreed that the team will operate on a two-week sprint basis through 14 sprints in total divided into Phases.

The design and content parts were the Client’s responsibility – design and car dealership team for the content. All design changes in Figma done by the Client needed to be reported to and confirmed by the Q team. Q’s developers followed the Figma file as a reference, and the goal was to have Figma 100% aligned to the desired solution and our tasks in Jira.

The project objective was to develop a platform where the customers could sell, consign, or even auction off their vehicles all within the same online environment. The main advantage is that the platform caters to the unique characteristics of these vehicles and their buyers/sellers. The delivery was divided into phases that were using agile development via 2-week sprints.
The development team solved the challenges related to coordination and integration of 3rd party features, such as:
After the delivery, the project was handed over to the Q Maintenance & Support team.

We don’t have specific metrics or analytics available, but the team did an excellent job delivering multiple features, although not all of them have been pushed to production yet.
